GTA Online will also launch on the same day in a standalone format , something Rockstar Games did with Red Dead Online a few months ago . Starting on November 11, players will be able to choose if they want to buy the full version of Grand Theft Auto V to enjoy the story and the online mode, or if instead they prefer to buy only the multiplayer without going through the singleplayer mode.
