Developer and publisher TinyBuild has recently completed the sale of its quality assurance outfit, Red Cerberus. The company has been sold to the testing firm TestFly for a cash deal valued at $1.5 million, which will be paid out upon the transaction’s finalization.
Expressing his enthusiasm about the acquisition, TestFly’s CEO Kevin Chelius remarked, “We’re thrilled to welcome Red Cerberus to the TestFly family. Alex Nichiporchik, the head of TinyBuild, shared his thoughts on the sale, stating, “Selling Red Cerberus represents a significant milestone in refining our portfolio to focus on what we truly excel at: creating and nurturing outstanding intellectual properties.
