Although they aren’t launching from day one, these games are new to the Xbox catalog. Ahead of their debut, Avowed is set to drop into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate later today.
EA Sports F1 24 and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader are expected to land on subscribers’ consoles this Thursday, February 20. Yet, as fans of EA Play content might know, these additions can sometimes show up a bit later than the typical 10 a.m. PT slot. Formula 1 enthusiasts eager to test their mettle in the latest racing sim may need to exercise some patience when February 20 comes around.
Watch Dogs: Legion will cap off the gaming service’s lineup for this month, becoming available on February 25. This represents the third chapter in Ubisoft’s renowned open-world series, adding to the already available Watch Dogs 2, which has been gracing the Xbox Game Pass since the summer of 2022. Out of the latest wave of games, Watch Dogs 3 will also feature on the XGP Standard, giving more players access.
Looking towards the future, Atomfall is on the horizon as the next big Xbox Game Pass release, expected to launch day-one on March 27 as part of the next wave. As for March 2025’s Wave 1 lineup, announcements are likely slated for around March 4. Microsoft tends to reveal new titles on Tuesdays, and it’s plausible that they’ll stick to this tradition. Meanwhile, the service is prepping for a significant reshuffle, with nine titles making their exit on February 28, bringing this month’s total removals to 16—a noteworthy net loss for the Xbox Game Pass library.
